Quipster Pro and purchases
What is Quipster Pro?
Quipster is free, with every tool included. Quipster Pro is a one-time purchase that removes ads and the “Made with Quipster” watermark, forever. It isn’t a subscription, so you’re never charged again. Open the More menu and tap Quipster Pro to see the price in your currency.
How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?
Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you bought Pro with. Then open Quipster, tap More, and tap Restore Purchase. Pro unlocks right away, at no charge.
If it doesn’t, check Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases to confirm which account you’re using, then try again. Still stuck? Send us a message.
How do I remove the watermark?
The small “Made with Quipster” watermark is added to exports in the free version. Buying Quipster Pro removes it from everything you export from then on. Memes you already saved keep the watermark they were exported with, but you can open the draft again and re-export it without one.
Does Pro work with Family Sharing?
Yes. If Family Sharing is set up and purchase sharing is on, everyone in your family group gets Pro too. They may need to open More > Restore Purchase once to unlock it on their iPhone.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too, and we can’t issue them ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com: sign in, choose I’d like to > Request a refund, and pick Quipster Pro. Apple usually replies within a couple of days.
Ads and privacy
Why are there ads?
Ads keep Quipster free for everyone. They come from Google AdMob and never cover your meme while you’re editing. If you’d rather not see them, Quipster Pro removes them for good.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
When you first open Quipster you may be asked two things: Google’s consent form (in the EU, UK and some other regions), and Apple’s Allow Tracking prompt. Saying no to either is fine. You’ll still get ads, they’ll just be less personalised.
- Google consent: tap More > Settings > Ad Privacy Choices. This option appears where the law requires it.
- Apple tracking: go to the iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn Quipster off, or turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track for every app.

Where are my drafts stored?
Only on your iPhone, inside Quipster’s own storage. Drafts are saved automatically as you work and are never uploaded to us. They aren’t synced to iCloud, so they don’t follow you to another device, though they are included in your iPhone’s own encrypted backup if you use one.
How do I delete my data?
Everything Quipster keeps is on your iPhone, so you’re in control:
- Delete one draft by long-pressing it on the home screen, or all of them with More > Settings > Clear Drafts.
- Delete the app to remove all of its drafts and settings at once.
- Memes you saved to Photos are in your photo library, and you delete them there.
If you sent us a support message and want it deleted, ask us here and we’ll remove it.
Do I need an account?
No. Quipster has no accounts, logins or sign-ups.
